These Terms & Conditions apply to all ATV tour bookings made with Fun ATV Bali. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and all participants in your booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or official partners.
• A booking is considered confirmed once we have received your details and (if applicable) deposit or full payment confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can send updates or changes regarding your tour.

3. Payments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Payment methods and deadlines will be informed during the booking process.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to move your schedule.
• Late arrivals or no-shows may be treated as cancellations and may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Health, Safety & Eligibility

• All riders must follow the safety briefing and instructions given by our guides at all times.
• Participants must be in good physical condition and free from serious medical conditions that could be affected by off-road activities.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or deemed unsafe to ride.

5. Liability & Personal Belongings

• Off-road ATV activities involve inherent risks. By joining the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Fun ATV Bali is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during the activity.
• We highly recommend that you secure personal insurance coverage suitable for adventure activities.

6. Photos, Videos & Media

During the activity, our team may capture photos or videos for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in our marketing materials, please inform our staff before the tour starts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
